February, 1999 - Babaji On Giving Advice
I had told Babaji what advice I would like to give a certain person who was asking me what I thought she should do. Here is what He told me about giving advice to another:
"Giving advice to those living in the lower self is a sure way to become tangled in maya. They will bring you into their muck. Listen, be a sounding board, be compassionate, but be wary of offering solutions. Concentrate on the problems at hand and only offer the teachings which contain the potentiality of all solutions to every situation.
