We repeat Om Namaha Shivaya for 20 minutes while looking at a photograph of Babaji, concentrating on healing of ourselves and each other, plus all sentient beings, including Mother Earth. It is also good to have a candle burning next to Babaji's picture, even if you are not online.
We coordinate the time so all are doing the same all over the earth. These were started by Babaji on May 5, 2000, and since then, we do them on New Moon and Full Moon, as stated on the website.
Central Daylight Time is 7 a.m.
Italy, France, Germany Time is 2 p.m.
