When I follow my heart, which always goes along with the teachings, it does make you fell warm and glow. Do follow your heart, love yourself, so you can love others.
Don't let anyone tell you what is happiness. It is not a problem. They have a problem. You follow Truth, Love, Simplicity, and Service. Baba has taught us to be independent thinkers, and doers. If you do what is in your heart then Babaji is happy.
MahaPrabhuji is always with you and resides in your heart. Like He says Chant the Mahamantra and I am there. The silence between thoughts. Just my thoughts maybe they will help.
