If anyone is interested, I would be glad to give the kriya breath technique that Babaji gave me. At the time, I asked Him if I needed it, and He told me, "no." I then asked if it would be a good idea, and He said, "yes." Looking back, I think it was a good idea. For me, it has healed a lot past emotional issues and has imparted a wonderful state of well being.
