July 25, 2000 - These Are Challenging Times
Namaste!
There is much challenge living through these times, on all levels. With so much going on around us, is simplicity about focusing our intention on the heart so that time appears to slow down? And what of sensing increased energy streaming through my body. It feels as though I am in a river whose currents continue to stream by faster and faster.
