Healing Meditation/Babaji

I have sent healing energy to all sentient beings, to Babaji, and to his spiritual family in this healing mediation.

I plan to do another 20 minute meditation and then my sadhana this morning. 

Maya, your advice is wonderful! This is Babaji's knowledge presented as he wants us to live!
